How TWOPAC is implemented
TWOPAC is structured around a clear and robust implementation strategy that ensures both the scientific quality and the practical relevance of the project results.
The project is organized into four interconnected work packages that together create a coherent, efficient, and scalable development process.

Work package N°1
Project Management
Ensures coordination, quality assurance, financial oversight, and effective communication across partners.

Work package N°2
Transnational Report on Assessment Practices
Builds the knowledge base by analyzing current practices, competencies, and gaps between academia and industry.
Outputs
Transnational Report
The full TWOPAC study report. The report gives the results of nine focus groups with students, lecturers, and practitioners in Austria, Germany, and Romania. It identifies ten competency domains for psychological assessment report writing, two gaps between teaching and practice, and ten recommendations for I-O psychology programs.

E-Learning Toolbox for Psychological Assessment Reporting
Develops interactive learning materials, including simulations and assessments, continuously improved through testing and feedback.
